Man arrested in Northeast DC assault

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man was arrested Tuesday in connection with an assault that took place in Northeast D.C. in May, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).

Police say on May 12, shortly before midnight, officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1900 block of Bennett Place, NE.
