SPRING LAKE, N.C. (WNCN) — A 25-year-old Spring Lake man was arrested and charged with assaulting a 7-month-old and hitting another person.
According to warrants obtained by CBS 17, on August 12, 2025, Jacob Hewell of Spring Lake assaulted a child by pushing a dresser over, causing it to land on the child.
