INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One suspect in Thursday’s police shooting on Indy’s near north side has been taken into custody, while one other remains at large, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers arrested Mickel Thacker, 32, on preliminary charges of robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, strangulation, domestic battery, and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.
