The first two weeks at the long-awaited Long John Silver’s at 4406 Bell in Amarillo held some surprises — not just for customers, but for owners and managers, too.
According to General Manager Luis Martinez, total sales for the first day, Aug. 1, was a whopping $32,000 — and the second day slightly more. “We have maintained at least $25,000 daily, even on our slow days,” he said.
