Minneapolis Officers Honored for Remarkable DWI Arrest Records at State Ceremony

In a recent acknowledgment of dedication to road safety, two Minneapolis police officers have been recognized for their efforts to reduce impaired driving incidents. Officers Leonard “Lenny” Gerten and Brian Butler received honors for their substantial number of DWI arrests in the last year, with Gerten making 56 arrests and Butler topping the charts at 83. The awards took place at the DWI Enforcer All-Stars ceremony, hosted by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety at Target Field.
