(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) has arrested a suspect after he allegedly charged law enforcement and hit a patrol car earlier this week.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, the EPSO Regional Communications Center received a call from someone who said they had been assaulted in their home on Buffalo Horn Drive in unincorporated El Paso County, near South Powers Boulevard. EPSO deputies responded to the call and identified 32-year-old Tyler Babb as the suspect, then issued an attempt-to-locate alert to other local law enforcement agencies.
