FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A new festival is coming to Fort Wayne to celebrate all veterans.
Jim Garigan, the founder of VetFest, says the festival was originally supposed to start back in 2020, but COVID-19 interrupted those plans.
Now, he is excited to get things up and running…
