UPDATE: Blair County Coroner Ray Benton confirmed the coroner’s office was called to UPMC Altoona at 11:24 a.m.
Edward Tarrant Jr., 38, of Harrisburg, was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the I-99 crash. Benton did not state the cause of death.
