LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A recent motion could change the scope of a wrongful death lawsuit involving a crash that killed a 10-year-old boy in Oldham County.
Jake Luxemburger died in a wreck that began as a police pursuit on Sept 16, 2023.
Police said the chase began when Kentucky State Police Trooper Zachary Napier tried to pull over a car that didn’t stop, and Napier pursued. The car eventually exited the interstate and crashed into a white SUV that had Jake Luxemburger and his grandmother inside. Jake died in the crash, and his grandmother was severely injured…
