MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police say a man arrested Wednesday for driving a stolen 2020 Dodge Charger from the Memphis International Airport’s long-term parking garage said he was too large to steal the vehicle.
Anthony Taylor, 23, was charged with driving while his license was suspended, felony vandalism, theft of property, violation of vehicle registration, reckless driving, and drag racing.
In July, the victim reached out to WREG and told us that his 2020 Dodge Charger was stolen from the airport’s covered parking garage when he returned from a work trip.
According to reports, on Aug. 13, police and FBI agents located a dark gray Dodge Charger parked on the street in front of a residence in the 900 block of Deb Drive with a Mississippi license plate.
