According to the Yolo County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a call from a man who said he was experiencing symptoms of dementia. He explained that he was lost and needed assistance.While on the phone, the man lost cell reception as he described being in a remote area of Yolo County.
After a search, deputies eventually found him resting in a field, according to YCSO. The man was evaluated by emergency medical personnel and determined to be a missing person from Sacramento. It is unclear when he was reported missing.
