WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is closing lanes on North Kerr Avenue over the weekend.
According to a news release, crews will be paving the road, with the westbound and center lanes closing near the intersection at Blue Clay Road.
