Iowa man dies in collision in Polk County, 3 others injured

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – An Altoona, Iowa, man has died after a collision in Polk County Friday morning, according to the Iowa State Patrol.

The ISP reported a vehicle, driven by Zachary Schott Scothorn, 19, was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-80 at around 1:35 a.m. when it collided with another car driven by a Decatur, Georgia man.
