DES MOINES, Iowa — Winn and Sara’s Kitchen are now two-time winners of Best New Food at the Iowa State Fair. Their Bacon Chicken Ranch Eggroll received 44.7% of the votes in the People’s Choice competition for 2025.
Last year they won with a bacon cheeseburger eggroll.
