SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield city leaders say the $24.8 million RAISE grant to expand the Ozark Greenways trails is still in play.
In February, the city learned the RAISE grant was being paused in the wake of federal budget cuts and uncertainty.
