NELSON COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A driver was arrested Friday night after speeding and then attempting to ‘elude’ a deputy, according to the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office.
A Nelson County deputy was operating stationary RADAR on Route 29 South in Arrington when officials say a motor vehicle driving at 97 miles per hour in a 60 miles per hour speed zone passed by.
