Upstate alternative school ensures no student left behind

ANDERSON, S.C. (WSPA) – School can be tough for some kids, but Renaissance Academy is committed to making sure no one falls through the cracks.

“My number one goal and objective as the director is for them to return to their home school successfully at an expeditious rate,” said Robert McGowens, Renaissance Academy’s Director.

The alternative school serves 6th through 12th graders from all Anderson County school districts.
