SHIPPENSBURG- A Cumberland County man already facing domestic assault charges against what appears to be a family member is now facing more charges and a revocation of that first bail. Micheal Aldajuste has a combined bail of $32,000 after being charged initially with misdemeanor simple assault and citation harassment. On August 8th and arraigned on August 13th, PSP levied more charges of misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor harassment, and felony witness intimidation to withhold testimony. He remains behind bars in Cumberland County Prison.
On August 7th, Pennsylvania State Police were contacted by Victim Services and the Cumberland County DA’s office following an incident at a home on N Fayette Street. Troopers say that the 17 year old victim had contacted their offices because she had been staying at another home following a domestic incident with Micheal Aldajuste on July 22nd. During the time since that date, PSP say that Aldajuste “had made several threatening statements both to her and family members regarding the ongoing case.”
Troopers interviewed that victim, with them learning that Aldajuste had threatened her following the charges being levied, allegedly saying, “If I go to prison, you are a dead person.” This continued, with PSP saying that Aldajuste threatened the victim again, saying, “if I go to prison over this, when I get out, I’m going to knock out all of her (the victim’s) teeth.”…
