POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A routine traffic stop on Thursday, near Lakeland, led to the arrest of a Colorado woman with a history of criminal offenses, including multiple DUIs and a warrant for driving without privileges.

Polk County Deputy Rodriguez was on patrol on I-4 just after noon when he spotted a gray Chrysler in the far left lane “impeding” the flow of traffic.
