A significant new residential development with 45 houses in Grande Dunes is in the final stages of getting approved.
GD Residential LLC, represented by Development Resource Group’s Cameron Parker, is seeking approval to subdivide approximately 11.72 acres of property located off Grande Dunes Boulevard on Golf Village Lane, according to city meeting documentation.
