NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A controversial rezoning plan in a South Nashville neighborhood was shelved earlier this year, but neighbors have already started already preparing for its return.
In April, a proposal was introduced to rezone more than 600 acres of single-family homes for higher-density housing in the Radnor, Woodbine, and Glencliff neighborhoods.
“This overlay was so sweeping and would so fundamentally change the neighborhood that people like myself felt like they needed to jump into action to say something about it,” Glencliff resident Mitch Miller said.
