HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Henrico County Police Division is expecting heavy traffic as NASCAR fans flock to Richmond Raceway this weekend for the eero 250 truck series and Cook Out 400 cup series races.
To make sure all are safe, officers ask drivers not attending a race this weekend to avoid the area.
