TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — A Tarrant County grand jury indicted Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez, 21, on a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of 18-year-old Ava Moore, who was struck while kayaking on Grapevine Lake in May, according to the attorney for Moore’s family.
Manslaughter is a second-degree felony, punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a maximum $10,000 fine.
