St. Louis City plans to spend ‘hundreds of millions’ for Army Corps to help remove tornado debris, condemned buildings

ST. LOUIS — The city of St. Louis is planning to spend hundreds of millions of dollars for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to remove tornado debris and condemned buildings.
