Kirkland’s The Village at Totem Lake has announced the opening of its newest restaurant: the chicken tenders-centric, fast-casual Hen House.
Hen House, a restaurant concept from JRG Restaurant Group and Chef Joe Rappaport, specializes in hand-breaded, free-range chicken tenders and house-made dipping sauces. Rappaport’s other Pacific Northwest concepts include Joe’s Burgers, which has locations in Oregon and, like Hen House, the The Village at Totem Lake, and Little Burro and Choza Tacos y Cantina in Oregon.
