‘We will help train people’: Jefferson County Schools searching for candidates amid bus driver shortage

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Many school districts across the state are working with limited staff and that includes the men and women who drive kids to school.

Jefferson County Schools Superintendent Dr. Walter Gonsoulin Jr. tells WBRC the bus driver shortage is a side effect of the pandemic.
