Fourth-annual Kzoo Latinx Festival celebrates community, culture

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The fourth annual Kzoo Latinx Festival kicked off in Kalamazoo on Saturday.

Hosted by El Concilio, a nonprofit focused on helping Latinx residents in our area, the Latinx Festival celebrated the Latinx community and culture.

“As the only Latino led organization, we’re very focused on continuing to share our culture and sharing not just the food, but everything that we do for our hard working, for our language, our culture,” said Adrian Vazquez, CEO of El Concilio.
