MEMPHIS, Tenn. – It’s called the B.O.O.T.S. on the Ground Resource Fair. And it’s an effort by the Memphis Police Department (MPD) to provide critical resources to Memphians.
In its inaugural year, MPD told FOX13 that the resource fair was started to ensure people in Memphis have access to critical resources, including securing healthcare, finding a job and helping with their mental health.
