HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Two people sustained critical injuries in a multi-vehicle wreck along Highway 90 in Horry County on Saturday, officials said.
The three-vehicle wreck happened just before 11 a.m. near Lee’s Landing Circle, and all lanes of traffic are currently blocked.
