A man in New York City fell asleep on the subway and woke up to find that his dog was gone. Police say the dog was stolen, and although the pet has since been returned, they are still searching for the thief.
According to an NYPD spokesperson, the theft happened early Sunday morning around 6 a.m. on a northbound D train near the Norwood-205th Street stop in the Bronx.
