TAMPA, Fla. — A massive oak tree has shaded Kenneth and Denise Kay’s home in Forest Hills for decades.
However, the couple said they must now cut it back from hanging over the roof — or risk losing renewal of their insurance policy. After more than 30 years of continual coverage, the couple said they were surprised of this news.
