First week of school chaos: PBC schools work to smooth out bumps

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — The first week of school isn’t without its challenges. For some Palm Beach County families, it’s happening before their kids even step onto campus. Earlier this week, parents shared buses packed with students, three to a seat, and some sitting or kneeling in the aisle.

“As you can see, they do not have seats. They’re in the middle of the aisle, backed right up to each other,” Suncoast High School Parent Heather Furnish said. After we first broke this, Furnish said the problem has been fixed.
