ARKANSAS (KNWA/KFTA) — In a legislative subcommittee meeting held on Thursday, Arkansas State Police Col. Mike Hagar shared his opinion on whether or not Arkansans should be allowed to carry firearms in state parks.
“The more good people that we have with weapons and the ability to defend themselves, the better that we all are,” Hagar said. “I’m an absolute believer in that ability to defend not only myself but my family. I think everybody has that right.”
