LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The battery charge against HGTV star Tarek El Moussa, who was accused of a casino fight in Las Vegas, was dismissed, according to court documents.
El Moussa, who stars in several shows on the Home Improvement Network, was charged with battery after he allegedly punched and pushed another man in the Palazzo casino on June 5. The incident was captured on surveillance video. El Moussa said he was protecting his father after another man bumped into his chair.
