KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – It’s an above average day for us across East Tennessee with temperatures into the low 90s for the afternoon and feeling like 95.
SATURDAY: Most of Saturday will stay dry, but we’ll have some isolated storms that fire up. Those storms are after the lunch time and before sunset. Temperatures range from 92 in Knoxville to 89 in Crossville. With a high humidity it will feel like the mid 90s.
SUNDAY: We’re back to an above-average afternoon with temperatures back into the 90s and overnights close to 70.
NEXT WEEK: Continued hot and steamy with highs in the low to mid 90s Monday and Tuesday and near 90 Wednesday with lows in the 70. Rain chance is 20% each afternoon. Rain chances will go up by Thursday and Friday with highs backing down into the 80s…
