FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 35-year-old man from Kaukauna who was allegedly swerving between lanes on I-41 was arrested after a high-speed pursuit ended in Fond du Lac County.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, deputies got word from the Kaukauna Police Department of a pursuit on I-41 from Wisconsin Avenue. This was around 3 a.m. on Saturday, August 16.

Kaukauna PD stated that the original traffic stop was for a speed violation. Kaukauna officers tried using Stop Sticks tire deflation devices, but they were unsuccessful and had to end the pursuit.
Shortly after, a deputy with the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office found the suspect southbound on I-41 and tried to pull over the vehicle. That pursuit was also terminated…
