LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ (AZFamily) — A West Valley man is hospitalized after a fight with his brother escalated into a shooting, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office says.
Around 10:20 a.m. on Sunday, deputies responded to reports of an injured person at a home in a Litchfield Park neighborhood near Camelback and El Mirage roads. When they arrived, deputies were told that two adult brothers had gotten into a fight and that one had possibly been shot.
However, both had left the scene. Investigators were soon notified that a shooting victim had been dropped off at the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center emergency room at Camelback and Dysart roads, about a mile away from the home.
The victim was then flown to another Valley area trauma center in critical condition…
