Chinatown Neighborhood Board Member arrested for alleged harassment incident

HONOLULU (Island News) – A Chinatown Neighborhood Board member and a former senate candidate was recently arrested by the Honolulu Police Department (HPD).

According to police documents, 64-year-old Ernest Carvalho was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment early Sunday morning at 2:12 a.m.
