ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown police are looking for a missing 80-year-old woman who left her home without her caretaker’s knowledge.
Arabelliz Ovjio, born December 4, 1944, suffers from dementia and is unfamiliar with Allentown as she and her family just moved to the area as of a month or so ago, according to police.
