COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Sheriff Leon Lott announced that the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RSCD) is no longer associated with the non-profit organization K9 Godmothers.
RCSD states that the organization “does not represent nor raise funds for our K9s.”
