A property owner is hoping to rezone a group of parcels comprised of a church and vacant land in northwest Ocala to allow for future commercial development at the site.
The request for the three parcels located at 458 NW 1st Street will be introduced to the Ocala City Council during a first reading on Tuesday, August 19.
