An altercation in the parking lot of a South Natomas hotel that escalated into a fatal stabbing has resulted in a conviction. Gino Quintero Espinosa has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Antonio Young, stemming from a November 2024 incident at the Extended Stay America, as reported by the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
