EcoTarium Hosts ‘Dancing With The Dinosaurs Dance-a-Thon’

WORCESTER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — You can dance the day away with your favorite reptiles at the EcoTarium’s ‘Dancing with the Dinosaurs’ Dance-a-Thon on Sunday.

The Worcester Natural History Society, also known as the EcoTarium Museum of Science and Nature, is hosting the dance extravaganza to raise money for their upcoming “Change the World” exhibit. The display will be a part of their new Early Childhood Science Learning Center. The exhibition was commissioned in memory of five-year-old Anthony Putnam, who had big dreams of changing the world.

While the dance-a-thon begins at 3:35 p.m., attendees can also visit the food trucks, grab a beverage, and participate in the raffle. Participants will have the opportunity to win a genuine petrified dinosaur bone pendant set created by John M. Scully from the Moab National Park in Utah.
