The Milwaukee Police Department asks for help in the search for critically missing 10-year-old Uzziah Franklin.
Uzziah was last seen around 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, in the area of 42nd St. and Ruby Ave. Police say he should be travelling on foot.
Uzziah is a 10-year-old black male. He stands about 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 66 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair with a medium complexion.
