PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The annual Mt. Tabor Soapbox Derby was back in town on Saturday.
This Portland tradition began back in 1997 when six men climbed to the top of Mt. Tabor with their goggles and helmets and then barreled down the urban volcano.
And now this yearly event draws a crowd…
