RICHMOND, Va. — Tropical storm warnings and watches are in effect for much of the Bahamas as Hurricane Erin continues its path toward the East Coast.
The hurricane is predicted to gradually weaken from a Category 3 to a Category 1 as it moves closer to the coastline.
