EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — It’s one of Georgia’s most haunting child abuse cases and today, it’s back in court in Effingham County. Hearings are set to resume in the Elwyn Crocker case nearly seven years after two children were found buried in their backyard.
Both sides could finally move forward with key decisions that could shape how the case unfolds at trial.
You might remember back in June, the last scheduled hearing was delayed when the Crocker’s defense team said they weren’t ready. Attorneys are expected to debate today about the evidence the jury will be allowed to see, including crime scene photos and digital files…
