FIEL is holding a press conference to call for justice for 18-year-old Emmanuel Menchaca, who was shot while he was burying a pet outside of his home.
The shooting occurred shortly after midnight on July 25. Emmanuel had just returned home from work when he went to bury his pet guinea pig, Cookie, on the side of the house.
