MADISON COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – The battle over 350 acres of property near the future Reunion Parkway interchange will continue to a higher court.
Last week, Madison County Circuit Judge Steve Ratcliff struck down the Board of Supervisors’ decision to rezone 350 acres of property owned by the Bozeman Family Limited Partnership, saying it amounted to “contract zoning.”
