Nonprofit launches billboard campaign against antisemitism near University of Oklahoma

NORMAN, OKLA. (KOKH) — A national nonprofit that fights against antisemitism is launching a new billboard campaign near the University of Oklahoma.

Two billboards go up this week, with a third scheduled for August 25 to amplify the campaign’s message as students return for the fall semester.

A sign will go up on I-35 and S Interstate Drive for about three months with the slogan “Standing against antisemitism is standing with America.” Another sign will be placed on I-35 & Purple Heart Trail that reads “Jewish students don’t need your pity. Just your spine.” The third sign will be near I-35 & Franklin Road and will say “You don’t need to be a Jew to protect Jews.” The signs are scheduled to stay up through part of November…
